This series is arranged chronologically and consists of material related to the Judicial Council as well as committee and conference papers relating to issues the council addressed. Topics included the council's votes on new efforts for court revision, a draft proposed by council for amendment on Article V of the Florida Constitution, and the results of a study performed by the council on the court system in Florida. The council committee's recommendation was to establish court statistics for trials conducted by the Florida Court System on an annual basis.
