This large series documents activities of the Circuit Judges Conference and Circuit Judges Conference Committees. Folders are arranged chronologically within each sub-series. The majority of the items are related to the conferences held in cities throughout Florida, but topics also include rules in crimnal cases, statutory changes, rules of procedure in civil and equity cases, and retirement. The majority of the committee papers cover the Committee on Rule and Statutory Changes dated 1958--1970

- The collection is open to all researchers. Users may access this collection at the Claude Pepper Library.

- All requests for permission to publish or quote from manuscripts must be submitted in writing to the Associate Dean for Special Collections Archives.
