- Scope and content:
Series V holds correspondence and reports that reflect the variety of matters in which this division was concerned. Budgeting, building development and improvements, finance and accounting, personnel matters, information systems and the UCF police all fell under the purview of this office. Vice-presidents' files hold information on matters in which John R. Bolte and Associate Vice-President Joyce Clampitt were directly involved. For instance, Bolte had to make decisions concerning bats and stray cats on campus. Plans for computing facilities shared with Florida State University are discussed in the Regional Data Center folder. Information about a campus fire in 1971 may be found in the Physical Plant folders.
