A view of Park Avenue looking South. Along the left side of the street sit various two - story buildings. A man stands on the front porch of Ergood Block, Winter Park's first general store. Extending past Ergood Block down the Avenue are more buildings. From left to right, they include: First Store Building and Town Hall, Ladd's Store, Reading Room, White Building, and Henkel Block. Across the Avenue from Henkel Block, to the right, sits the Winter Park Company office building.
