This book by Lieutenant Colonel Benjamin E. Lippincott details the war time history of the Thirteenth Air Force and its successes in the South Pacific. The book contains nearly 200 water color paintings by Staff Sergeant Robert A. Laessig depicting the places and battles the Thirteenth Air Force encountered.
