This twenty-one page memoir consists of a narrative written with the compilation of photocopies from published information located on the "Family and Friends of the 508th PIR Association" website. The author of this compilation memoir was the husband of the donor, Robert Bejnarowicz. The materials in this memoir document the military events leading to the death of Private First Class Harry. W. Schmeltzer. A photocopied photograph in uniform of Schmeltzer is also included.
