This folder contains official documents pertaining to Leona Mazzoni's life and military service and includes the following: Leona Mazzoni's Certificate of Service, Certificate of Death, birth certificate, her army assignment, Orphan's Court records for her marriage to Frank Skilling, her service card from the Red Cross (with locations written on the calendar), U.S. Army Report of Separation, officer commission, and her Air Force card. Most of these documents are photocopies.
