Containers:
12.0006 - Box 1, Folder 01
Scope and content:

This folder contains a miscellaneous collection of correspondences, newspaper and magazine clippings, and personal documents belonging to William and Margarita King. Ranging from William's time stationed in Tampa to his service in the Philippines, the letters provide valuable insight into the frustration and anticipation of serving in the war. One of the letters is from a veteran protest group and suggests the discontent of American soldiers serving overseas at the beginning of 1945.
