The personal papers series includes birth certificates of Ethel Mizell Pappy's daughters, a biographical sketch of Dr. Von D. Mizell, Dr. Mizell's automobile purchase application and military documents from his service in the United States Army. Personal papers also contain photographs of Ethel Mizell Pappy, Dr. Von D. Mizell, family members, friends, and Provident Hospital. Papers are arranged alphabetically.
