These naval personnel documents showcase the naval duties and station transfers of Ellingwood from 1957 to 1966. Many of these documents also relate to Ellingwood's honorable discharge from the Navy, including his final medical examination, a letter of appreciation for his service, two personnel security questionairres with many details about his history of service, and his application for federal employment after his retirement.
