The original order of the contents of the subseries has been maintained. Dr. Maguire kept notebooks of Board of Trustees meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, notes and other ephemera, with each meetings' materials ordered most recent to oldest.

The Charlotte Edwards Maguire Collection, except for one folder of materials, is open for all researchers.
