Scope and content:

This series contains the administrative documents of the FTU and UCF Foundation, Inc. from 1968-1992. Within these folders are the foundation's articles of incorporation, standard practices and bylaws, as well as minutes from the organization's executive committee, board of trustees, and board of directors. Additionally, there are Internal Revenue Service documents, photographs and news clippings of foundation members and events, as well as miscellaneous brochures, membership lists, correspondence, an introductory video of FTU, and the original FTU Foundation notary seal.
