Series II contains correspondence, reports, meeting minutes and program reviews related to academic affairs within the university. This series is of particular importance, as Leslie Ellis served as the Vice President of Academic Affairs for the University. Each college has its own subseries with files arranged in alphabetical order. These files often contain program reviews and correspondence with departments within a college.

- While most of the collection is open for research, some material containing faculty administrative reviews in Box 4 are closed until review by the University archivist in 2011.

- Unpublished manuscripts are protected by copyright. Permission to publish, quote or reproduce must be secured from the repository and the copyright holder.
