The annual report was produced by Florida Atlantic University to document the activities for college credit courses at the FAU centers and with no college credit courses offered by the Division of Continuing Education of the School Services Center, missing item on blank pages with glue residue, written in red ink in the upper left hand corner of the report is "File"

- The collection is open for research. If publishing photographs, the researcher must fill out the University Archives Permission to Publish form. In addition, it is the researcher's responsibility to obtain permission from the copyright holder to publish a photograph that is copyrighted. Florida Atlantic University Archives requests that it be credited as being the repository of the photograph.
