Brochure in the form of a Christmas card titled "Add the Florida Atlantic University Library to Your Christmas List" with a note from the library director and on one panel is a contribution form for a donation, no date c.1974; Invitation to the opening of an exhibit of paintings titled "12 Paintings" hosted by the Friends of the Library, the program for the exhibit, one blue envelope, exhibit opening held on December 5 at the Wimberly Library, no date c. 1974; Program for the exhibit in the Library of artifacts and photographs from the Boca Raton Historical Society, Introduction by Peter Spyers-Duran, library director, list of items in the exhibit held on September 2-30, 1975 at the Wimberly Library, right corner of the program is soiled and creased; Program for "Discover FAU" with a photograph of Marc Saltzman in the Jaffe Center for Book Arts and a biography of the FAU film major who had worked for the Library's outreach department, no date c. 2005

- The collection is open for research. If publishing photographs, the researcher must fill out the University Archives Permission to Publish form. In addition, it is the researcher's responsibility to obtain permission from the copyright holder to publish a photograph that is copyrighted. Florida Atlantic University Archives requests that it be credited as being the repository of the photograph.
