Series III: Outreach, 1962-2019.
- Scope and content:
This series contains ephemera and documents that pertain to several events held in the library as a part of outreach. Dozens of exhibits have been displayed throughout the library, some exhibits were curated by seniors from 1972-1975. The largest section of this series contains marketing materials and photographs surrounding the Frankenstein exhibit held in 2004. In many cases, local newspaper articles advertising and critiquing the exhibits are included as well as programs, pamphlets, and patron comment sheets.

- The entire collection is open for research except for the following: Box 206, Flat Files 2-7, and Objects 1-3. Access to UCF Facilities drawings, documents, and sensitive data is available to authorized university staff and approved consultants only, per university policy, and under lawful exception to Florida's Public Records Law.
