This folder contains various correspondences regarding teaching stations for senior and sophomore tests, Hazel Bowman's curriculum vitae, the Florida State Conference of Social Work, a narrative report on El Diggboo Clubmobile, food supplies for staff messes, transaction with the U.S. Army Finance Office, a reimbursement voucher, announcement of new supervisory appointments within the American Red Cross, critical food situations, a promotion recommendation, a notice of transfer from the club department, and the expansion of recreational and welfare services in the China-Burma-India Theater of Operations.

This collection is open to all researchers.
Boxes 1-7, 9-11 can be accessed at the Claude Pepper Library. Box 8 is in an offsite storage location. The Red Cross Suitcase can be accessed in the SCA Research Center in Strozier Library.
