This folder contains a procurement department and statistical report, a job analysis of the office manager, chief storekeeper, chief clerk of Calcutta Warehouse, assistant warehouse manager, warehouse foreman, warehouse manager of Calcutta warehouse, and responsibility of supervisor of requisitions, kitchen and snack bar equipment lists, job analysis of the warehouse manager of area warehouse, purchasing procedure rules, requisitions placed by maintenance section during July 1945, salary classification schedule, and various other requisition forms for the American Red Cross.

This collection is open to all researchers.
Boxes 1-7, 9-11 can be accessed at the Claude Pepper Library. Box 8 is in an offsite storage location. The Red Cross Suitcase can be accessed in the SCA Research Center in Strozier Library.
