Letters: Dad to Hazel, February 24, 1939-March 1, 1939

Containers:
Box 10.0050 - Box 2, Folder 015
Scope and content:

This folder contains two letters sent to Hazel from her father. The first apologizes for her going without food due to her lack of money, and he tells her to just wire him in the future. In the second letter, he encourages her to start looking for a job, possibly in the government, as he believes that election year will put a strain on business as Republicans try to get elected. In both letters he discusses her mother being sick, and in the second talks about her traveling to Plant City for treatment.
