Document Type Files, 1989-2008

Scope and content:

Chronological files contain similar materials to correspondence files but are organized by date rather than by sender. Imaged files include letters, reports, and other documents that the President's Office preserved digitally, numbered and arranged chronologically. The clippings notebooks contain far more than news clippings; they contain pamphlets and notes on a variety of subjects including Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Athletics, construction, speech ideas and statistics about UCF. Four binders were emptied and foldered with the index placed at the start of the first folder for each binder. Commemoratives include proclamations celebrating the 10th anniversary of Dr. Hitt's arrival at UCF and the 40th anniversary of the university's founding.
