University Affairs, 1984-1999
- Scope and content:
This subseries contains information on a variety of events and services relevant to the academic life of the university. Here may be found materials concerning the library, WUCF, Enrollment and Academic Services, Founders' Day and the Shakespeare Festival. Commencement files mainly consist of the running order for each ceremony, which shows how it changed over time. A blueprint for a new venue in which to hold the ceremony may be found in the flat file for May-August 1995. Although Information Technology and Resources originally formed part of the President's Office, in 1995 it acquired its own Vice President reporting to the Provost. All documentation concerning this division is held here.
