Accruals included Iredell's student sketchbook, a portfolio of professional drawings, a family photo album and collection of glass plate photographs.","Collection organized by title of project","Leslie Newbold Iredell moved to Tampa in 1920 and began a long career as a local architect designing and renovating many buildings in the area. A native of Pennsylvania, Iredell received a degree in architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. He also studied extensively at Harvard, the Academy of Fine Arts in Chicago, and the Beaux Arts Institute of Design in New York. Iredell remained in Tampa until his death at age 81.
