Materials for some of the Series were organized by the dates provided and available.","Susan Evans is a Florida native and began working for Florida Gulf Coast University on October 1, 1993, making her the institution's founding staff member at FGCU. Her commitment to Florida Gulf Coast University lasted through four Presidents and several interim Presidents. Evans worked as a University Lobbyist from 1993-2000, then as the Chief of Staff for over 15 years, and Vice President for two years. Evans worked as a corporate secretary to the FGCU Board of Trustees, as well as a committee member for the 2016 FGCU Presidential Search.
