Webb grew up on a farm in rural Milledgeville, was educated until the fourth grade in a one room school house, went to Georgia Military and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.   During World War II, Webb served as a Captain in the U.S. Army with the 178th Ordnance Depot Company. He shipped overseas to Europe on November 11, 1943. He participated in the Invasion of Normandy and four other campaigns including the Battle of the Bulge. He was awarded a Bronze Star and five battle stars. He returned to the United States on November 11, 1945.   Following the war, Webb and his wife, Mary, lived in Chicago, Illinois, where he began his career with the Internal Revenue Service while also taking classes at Northwestern and attending Chicago Kent College of Law. After three years and the birth of his first daughter, Linda, and son, George, he was transferred to Jacksonville, Florida for a year and then Ocala for five years where his daughter, Andera, was born. Following a brief one year stay in Tampa, Florida, Webb decided to stay with the IRS and was relocated to Orlando, where he lived for 25 years in Pine Hills. Webb was one of the founders of the Pine Hills Boys Club and the Optimist Club; an active coach in Little League; and a Sunday school teacher at Pine Hills Methodist Church. In 1991 he and his wife, Mary, moved to Altamonte Springs, where he lived until his death on November 23, 2018.   Webb remained with the IRS until 1974 when he took early retirement. After retirement, Webb continued to prepare tax returns to help friends and extended family. Citrus prices did not cover the cost of production, and growers were losing money. The Citrus Exchange determined that the industry needed an organization dedicated to stabilizing prices. Project Research Materials, 1948-2005 VIII. Price Company Files, 1963-2000","Harrison \"Buzz\" Price was born in Oregon City, Oregon on May 17, 1921. In 1930, his family moved to San Diego, California. In 1942, Price earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the California Institute of Technology. After serving in the Army during World War II, he also earned an M.B.A. from Stanford in 1951. That same year, Price joined the Stanford Research Institute, where he assisted in locating the site for Disneyland in Anaheim, California. He managed the Stanford Research Institute's LA office for several years before founding Economic Research Associates (ERA), a consulting company in economics, in 1958. While at ERA, Price helped to locate the site for Walt Disney World in Central Florida in 1963, wrote a Universal Studios tour feasibility analysis in 1964, and carried out 6,000 consulting studies. ","In 1969, Price sold ERA to Planning Research Corporation, the world's largest conglomerate of professional service consulting. He became Planning Research Corporation's Chairman of the Board after serving seven years in corporate management. Price went on to start an independent consulting company in 1978, founding the Harrison Price Company. n 1994, Price was the first recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) and was elected to the International Association of Amusement Parks Hall of Fame in 1995. For 37 years and up until his death, Price served, alongside Edie Wasserman, as a trustee of the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). Price also published a book in 2004 about his work in the themed entertainment and attractions business titled  Walt's Revolution! By the Numbers . Harrison \"Buzz\" Price passed away in Pomona, California on August 15, 2010, at the age of 89.
